if you entered wrong address at checkout:

    • Please contact us within 1 - 2 hours of purchasing your item so we can update your address. Once the order goes into production we CANNOT change this, therefore you will be responsible for repurchasing another item with the correct address.

Return Policy

we gladly accept exchanges and returns:

   •  Contact our shop within: 14 days of delivery

   •  Ship items back within:  30 days of delivery

following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders unless misprinted or defective.

• Apparel (unless it's unused)

• Digital Download/ Printable Products

if you ordered wrong item(s)? :

• If you ordered the wrong item(s) please contact us within 1-2 hours of purchase and we will try our best to assist. Once item goes into fulfillment it can not be changed. It will be shipped out and then you have to return it once it gets delivered to you - we will then provide a shipping label. You will then be refunded once we receive the product.

defective or damages items? :

• Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

• Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
